Katie Brackett of the Castleford FFA Chapter recently placed third in the Prepared Speaking LDE. Brackett prepared, researched, and presented a seven-minute memorized speech to a panel of judges and answered three questions about her topic, which was misconceptions about cattle methane emissions and climate change.
