Members of the Castleford FFA Chapter Abigale Hale (left) and Lindsey Drinkall (far right) recently earned their Idaho State FFA Degrees. This is the highest award the state FFA organization can award its members. Students are able to earn this degree by building upon their supervised agriculture experience, or SAE. Hale’s SAE consists of showing dairy heifers at the county fair and working on the family farm. Drinkall’s SAE consists of working on her family farm as well, where she helps raise and maintain a herd of beef cattle.
